We are dedicated to crafting delicious baked goods for everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions or preferences.

Quality Assurance
All surfaces are sanitized thoroughly between baking items. Given my own intolerances to Gluten and Dairy along with a severe nut allergy, the importance of cross contamination is appreciated. I have a stringent cleaning process for my bakery.

Everything that I make is gluten free. I craft treats that go beyond the conventional, offering for those with specific dietary needs.
Besides gluten-free option, I am also open to baking with additional dietary preferences - dairy-free, vegan, and soy-free. I also take special requests!

Our Story
"I have a Gluten and dairy intolerance and a very acute allergy to most nuts. It has been difficult for me to find baking that takes all of that into account and still be a baking item that satisfies me.
I turned to researching and experimenting with my own baking. Over a few years, I used friends and family to experiment on. I continually heard "Wow, this doesn't taste Gluten Free" and "Better than any bakery I have bought from".
Consequently, the idea to share my baking with others was born. I love baking and making a product that makes people happy gives me great satisfaction”.
